About Me

I started my agency Xvimedia with almost nothing. Now I help real estate agents respond to leads in minutes instead of hours, and convert seriously. I do this through custom lead qualification systems I built one that's been qualifying Asad's leads on WhatsApp for months. I also design high-converting websites in Framer. And right now, I'm building Xviora a vertical SaaS to bring that system to 50+ agents across Dubai.

In 12th grade, I had the path everyone expected university, the regular job track, the usual ladder. But something didn't click. I realized that the real education happens by building not by sitting in a classroom. So I left school in 2022 and dove into learning by doing. No degree, no plan, just curiosity and projects.

I started Xvimedia with almost no capital. The first clients were small challenges a client here, a referral there. I taught myself design in Framer, learned how to build systems that actually convert leads, and figured out what it takes to run an agency solo. Two years in, I've worked with real estate agents, e-commerce businesses, and founders. Each project taught me something that systems beat tasks, that design matters but only if it works, and that understanding your client's world is everything.

Now Scaling It

Last year, I decided to understand the real estate market in Dubai. I researched 55 rental agents, talked to dozens, and saw a clear pattern agents spend hours chasing leads instead of closing deals. So I built a system. Not a template something custom for Asad Ullah, an agent in Dubai. The system qualifies leads on WhatsApp, labels them hot/warm/cold, and organizes everything automatically. It's been running live for months. That validation turned into Xviora. Now I'm building it as a proper product so I can bring that same system to 50+ agents across Dubai. The idea is tested. The demand is real. Now it's about scaling.

Systems Over Tasks I don't just do work I build systems that do the work. Whether it's a lead qualification pipeline or a website that converts, every system has one job move the needle for the person using it. Design That Converts Beautiful design is nice. Design that converts is essential. I build funnels, not decorations. Every interaction in a Framer site has a purpose getting your customer closer to saying yes. Scrappy Resourcefulness I started with nothing. That taught me to do more with less, to find the 80/20 solution before overcomplicating, and to stay realistic about what actually matters. You don't need perfect, you need working.

The hard part is done I've proven the idea works. One agent, real system, real results. The next phase is building Xviora into a proper SaaS product a dashboard where agents across Dubai can manage leads, qualification, and follow-ups all in one place. Since 2022, I've learned design (Framer), systems thinking, business operations, and how to actually talk to customers. My education is the portfolio of businesses and systems I've built.
